The Bowers Bowling Tour Sportsmanship Award is presented once per season. All BBT members of that current season are eligible to receive the award. Everyone bowling the final event of the season will receive a ballot at the event with all BBT members names on it. They will be asked to select 3 people from the list in which they think are deserving of such and honorable award. Those 3 selections will be ranked 1st to 3rd and awarded points based on rank. The person receiving the most points once all ballots have been collected will be selected as that seasons "Al Bowers" Sportsmanship Award Winner!!! The "Al Bowers" Sportsmanship Award Winner will receive $100 as well as a beautiful trophy recognizing their special honor presented to them at the first event of the following season!!!
